Our IONISER series were especially developed for treating water generated by wire-EDM machines. This unique technology makes it possible to have an optimal ph-value with the lowest conductance value of the water and this over the entire service life of the machine.
Pitting or corrosion is thereby avoided, ensuring the utilization of the full machine potential with very long service lives.
The E.KO IONISER 1501 is suitable for standard applications including aluminum processing.
The E.KO IONISER 1502 was developed specifically for processing hard metals as well as graphite and copper.
This unit is underutilized when used for standard applications unless
70 to 80 % or more of the current erosion processes involve hard metals.
