Through our system partners, we provide our customers across Europe with the best possible assistance and service with the shortest response times supported by optimal logistics processes. Our partner training program provides all employees with continuous education and advanced training. The certification levels (Gold, Silver, Bronze) inform you about the service offerings of our partners.
GOLD
Partner
Our GOLD certification is only issued to machine builders who already offer IONISER systems as a fixed part of their original equipment.
SILBER
Partner
Our SILVER certification is issued to machine builders but also to machine-independent dealers. In order to obtain the SILVER certification, they must particpate in and successfully complete a comprehensive training program about both E.KO IONISER systems (1501 and 1502) as well as the EASYFILL unit. Commissioning and machine-specific problem solutions are covered in the training program, among others. Machine builders with the SILVER certification offer IONISER systems as an optional component of their original equipment.
BRONZE
Partner
Partners with the BRONZE certification are machine-independent dealers who have successfully completed our training program focusing on water treatment, E.KO IONISER 1501 and 1502, EASYFILL, as well as commissioning these systems.
