Company History of easymetal prozesstechnik GmbH
1997-1998
The idea of developing a new product for the existing de-ionization
cartridges was conceived. After a development time of about six months,
we were able to test the first prototypes at customers' locations. Patents
were submitted and the company "easymetal prozesstechnik GmbH"
was founded.
During the first two years of its existence, easymetal managed an
exclusive cooperation agreement for Austria and Germany with one of
the leading machine builder in the industry.
Other machine builders quickly took notice of the great success of the
E.KO IONISER SYSTEMS.
1999 - Cooperation with other distribution partners in Austria, Germany,
and Switzerland.
A patent was granted.
2001 - More than 4000 E.KO IONISER SYSTEMS were shipped to three countries.
2002 – New sales territories in other countries and additional distribution partners were added and the GASTRO and HOUSE divisions were created.
2004 – Well-known machine builders entered into long-term contracts with us.
2005 – The 12000th E.KO IONISER was shipped.
2006 – Further development of the IONISER series. The E.KO IONISER
1502, developed specifically for processing hard metals, was a complete
success.
The standardization of the E.KO IONISER SYSTEMS with several manufactures
poses a new challenge for easymetal. High numbers of units are delivered
in the shortest possible time.
2007 – We developed the CLEAN and MED series and shipped the 20000th
E.KO IONISER in June 2007.
Late 2007 – It becomes clear that the Stockerau location will be insufficient
in the future. The decision is made for a new building in the industrial
park Wolkersdorf.
2008 – Planning for the easymetal facility in Wolkersdorf is complete.
